Trafineo is a subsidiary of BP Europa SE (better known in Germany under the brand name Aral) and Circle K (a subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.).

• Recording, analyzing, coordinating, and further processing of customer requests

• Providing customer support via both telephone and e-mail

• Improve the agreed service quality

# Qualification

• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English, Dutch

• Effective communication capabilities

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

• Working as active team pleaser onsite and remote

• Prior experience in the toll industry is beneficial

• Prior experience in Customer Service function is beneficial
