We carefully review each application to identify candidates whose skills and experience best match the role.
Your first conversation will be a 30-minute MS Teams call with one of our recruiters. We'll talk about your background, what you're looking for, and give you an initial insight into Trafineo and the role. This is also your opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for who we are.
Depending on the position, a second 30‑minute call may follow — this time with the hiring manager. Here, we’ll dive a bit deeper into the role’s technical or role‑specific requirements and explore how your experience aligns with the team’s needs.
If we’re a good match, we’ll invite you to our offices in Bochum. You’ll meet your potential team, see where we work, and get a real impression of everyday life at Trafineo. We’ll talk more in depth about your strengths, your way of working, and how you could contribute to the team.
After all conversations are complete, our hiring team reflects on the process and carefully evaluates the fit from both sides. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible with a final decision.
