International Clearance Contral (ICC) Analyst (m/f/d)

– Bochum –

# Responsibilities

• Process and review transactions within the clearing system to ensure accuracy

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may rise during transaction processing

• Verify and capture invoices with meticulous attention to detail

• Provide customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly

• Conduct regular checks on rebates and ensure accuracy in the system

• Identify potential areas for improvement and contribute to process optimization

# Professional qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial transactions and invoicing processes

• Strong attention to details and commitment to maintaining data accuracy

• Basic understanding of financial transactions and invoicing processes

• Ability to work in a repetitive task-oriented environment

• Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn

• Very good english skills – a plus would be German or another language
