Trafineo is a subsidiary of BP Europa SE (better known in Germany under the brand name Aral) and Circle K (a subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.). 

We enable our clients to offer end customers safe and reliable mobility services across Europe, for example in the areas of tolls and electromobility. Our core competencies are transaction management and cashless payment processing in the systems we have developed.

Job requirements

Inhouse customer support representative B2B, French/Italian (m/f/d)

As part of the Trafineo Operations Team, you will look after and support our B2B customers in their day-to-day business. Experienced colleagues will help you to integrate quickly into the team and to develop your understanding of our products and services.


# Responsibilities

  • French &  English (and partly Italian) 2nd level support via phone and email for our Key Accounts, as well as at the interface with national subsidiaries.
  • Processing of administrative tasks for toll and on-road service products of our partner’s customers in Europe.
  • Analysis and solution of transaction or processing errors.
  • Support of our inhouse logistics department and small parts storage administration for Europe-wide shipping and return of our own hardware.

# Professional qualifications

  • Exceptional writing and speaking competencies in french and english, a third language like italian is a plus.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Good analytical skills and strict observance of processes.
  • Basic understanding of financial transactions.
  • Passion for understanding of numbers (and, as a plus, for financial acumen)
  • High level of self-reliance and ability of working in teams, flexibility, and quick-wittedness.
  • Good working knowledge of MS-Office Tools and experience in working with CRM systems.
